The materials we use...
At Elite Fascias and Soffits we ALWAYS use Freefoam high quality 18mm fascia board and 10mm soffit board. Important ventilation is achieved by fitting Ubink over-fascia ventilator strips to comply with all current building regulations.

Both Freefoam and Ubink products are manufactured to British Standard EN ISO 9002. By using British Standard ISO products it ensures we achieve high standards of work ourselves time and time again.
During Fascia installation we:

ALWAYS remove the first layers of tiles and replace the damaged ends of the roof felt with a rigid felt support tray.
ALWAYS fit brand new matching guttering in a style and colour of your choice to compliment your home.
Elite Fascias and Soffits can offer Fascia and Soffit in black, brown and the ever popular white. Wood grain finishes can be supplied in light oak and rich mahogany.
Old materials we remove are always disposed of by us.
No "over-cladding"........

No over-cladding is our policy. The old fascia, soffit and bargeboards are always removed. This operation gives us and you the opportunity to inspect the roof rafters and joists for rot and damage. We will repair them where necessary.

Over-cladding the old rotten fascia board will only conceal hidden problems and allow rotting to go undetected. This will increase problems for the future and may result in serious structural roof damage
